1. Z2 series small DC motors are the standard series of small DC motors specified in QXD.514.017 standard.
2. Z2 series small DC motors are divided into 11 seat numbers, each with two kinds of core length, and DC motors are manufactured. There are three kinds of DC generator and DC voltage regulating generator, which are suitable for normal working environment. The motor is used for general transmission, the generator is used as the general DC power supply, and the voltage regulating generator is used for battery charging.
3. Excitation mode: the motor is parallel excitation or other excitation magnetism with a small number of stable windings.
The generator is compound excitation or other excitation magnetism (rated voltage is 230 volts); the voltage regulating generator is parallel excitation magnetism (without series excitation winding). The other excitation magnetic voltage of the motor is made of 110 volts or 220 volts.
The rated voltage of the motor is 110 volts, only the other excitation voltage 110 volts.
4. The motor can be driven by triangular belt, spur gear or elastic coupling to prevent the motor bearing from being subjected to axial thrust.
5. Z2 series motors can be made into wet tropical zone (TH) DC motors with moisture-proof, mildew-proof and smoke-proof properties according to the requirements.
Z2 series 2-1mm can also be made into a derivative mechanism with ZYS- A tachometer.
6. The basic series of Z2 series motors are self-ventilating motors. When the external armature voltage is reduced, the torque decreases with the decrease of rotational speed.
7. Z2 series 6-1 # motor can also be made into external blast structure, and the blower is installed above the end cover of the shaft extension.
