Answer: Yes, both OEM and ODM are acceptable. Specifications, colors, and sizes can be customized.

Answer: 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before delivery.
Q: Do you have the motor in stock?
Answer: We have a large inventory of electric motors, including IEC motors, DC motors, and high-voltage motors. However, inventory is dynamic and not every model has stock. Please confirm before placing an order.
Q: What is your delivery time?
Answer: If the motor is in stock, it can be delivered within 7 days.
If not, the delivery time varies for different types, usually ranging from 60 to 90 days.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for this project?
Answer: 1 set per item.
Q: How is your package?
Answer: All exported motors will be well packaged to avoid any possible damage during transportation. Inside is vacuum tin foil packaging, and outside is a solid wooden box. The motor will be firmly fixed on the base of the box.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
Answer: One year from the date of delivery.
