This series of underground explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors in coal mines is based on our company's YBX3 series high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, combined with advanced electromagnetic structure, processing technology and materials. This series of motors complies with Chinese fire prevention standards GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2, and MT 451-2011. The coolant mode is IC411, and the fire protection label is Ex db Ⅰ Mb. The motor performance meets the requirements of the Chinese explosion-proof motor industry standard JB/Mining explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor T9593.1-2015 specification Part 1: YBK3 series flame-retardant three-phase asynchronous motors for coal mines (frame size H80 to 355). The efficiency meets the GB18163-2020 Level 3 energy efficiency standard, equivalent to the IE3 efficiency level of IEC60034-30 single speed three-phase squirrel cage induction motor. It has the characteristics of excellent flame retardant performance, compact structure, high efficiency, energy saving, and convenient maintenance in the later stage. It is a new product independently developed by our company by combining the latest technologies in electromagnetic structure, process, materials and other aspects at home and abroad.
